Reservations

Helpful considerations when reserving a table:

  • Reservations are required at the tearoom on weekends and highly recommended on weekdays.

  • We are open Wednesday thru Sunday (HOURS)

  • Please call 724-524-1299 for same day reservations.

  • Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive an email from us stating that it is confirmed.

  • We try to confirm reservations daily; however, reservations could take longer since they must be approved manually. We appreciate your patience. If you need faster approval, we recommend calling.

  • If you do not plan to attend your reservation, there are no cancellation fees at this time. To keep it this way, we ask that you please call to let us know at least 7 days prior to your reservation. . We prepare all of our food daily to maintain our reputation for fresh food. If you are a no show, we have wasted our ingredients and the opportunity to fill your table. It affects our staffing, staff and as a small business, cuts into our ability to sustain business.

  • Please show up promptly to your reservation. Tables will not be held for more than 15 minutes past reservation time, in order to honor existing reservations. Please do not arrive early to your reservation. We do not guarantee your table until your reservation time and there is no waiting area. If you arrive early, you may be asked to visit the gift shop until your table is ready.

  • Gluten Free and Vegetarian requests are the ONLY substitutions we offer. We do not keep special ingredients in stock and cannot always accommodate this request. You will be contacted if we cannot accommodate your request. Please type in the Notes section of reservation your GF or Vegetarian request when making reservations, so we can make sure we have gluten free ingredients available prior to your visit.

  • We cannot guarantee foods will not come into contact with nuts, grains, dairy and soy. Many of our menu items contain these ingredients. If there is a specific, known allergy, we will do our best to avoid cross-contamination; however, this cannot be guaranteed.

  • If you are bringing children with you who are under age 12, please note on your reservation how many and if they will be dining as an adult or if they would like to substitute the adult sandwiches for a peanut butter & jelly or meat & cheese (typically we have either turkey or ham, this varies).

We hope that this information will help guide you when making your reservation and are looking forward to having tea with you.

What we do...

We opened our doors in May of 2021 with one goal in mind: to provide an intimate place to gather with the ones you love, over tea.

You don't have to dress up, but we absolutely love seeing fancy hats and fascinators!

Reservations are required. Children are welcome but must be well- supervised. Thank you for your understanding.
